The Patio has a new BBQ, four patio tables and at least 11 chairs.  The Patio has a covered section for quiet time or rain.  The Beach is a 3 minute stroll down a forested path.

Cable T.V., VCR, DVD, Central Air and Fireplace are in this efficient home.  You are a 2 minute drive to the Laundromat at Bests Ice Cream on Hwy. 21.  There is a clothesline at the home and large laundry tub in the laundry room but no machines.  Bring your cell phones as there is no phone service at the home.
